Sprinturn Video Making is a web-based system that creates and publishes educational short-form science and technology videos to connected social media platforms, including TikTok.
You may use Sprinturn Video Making only with accounts and content that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and technical requirements of each connected social media platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that content, media, trademarks, music, footage, and other materials used through Sprinturn are lawful to use and do not infringe the rights of others. You are also responsible for reviewing content before publication when review is required by your workflow or a connected platform.
When enabled and authorized, Sprinturn Video Making may prepare, schedule, and publish content to connected accounts according to configured settings. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate account permissions and publication settings. Platform authorization may be revoked through the relevant platform where supported.
Sprinturn Video Making relies on third-party services and APIs, including social media platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Availability, permissions, rate limits, review requirements, and publishing capabilities may change independently of Sprinturn.
You may not use Sprinturn Video Making for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement, deceptive abuse of platform APIs, or attempts to bypass platform security, review, consent, or publishing restrictions.
Sprinturn Video Making may be updated, maintained, limited, or temporarily unavailable. No specific level of uninterrupted availability is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sprinturn Video Making is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in writing.
